Nutritional Therapy & Colon Hydrotherapy

I grew up on a small, diversified livestock farm in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, where life meant gardening, riding horses, fishing, and barefoot adventures in the woods. That early connection to nature taught me responsibility, curiosity, and a deep respect for living things—values that still guide me today.While studying Wildlife Biology at the University of Montana, I worked with the U.S. Forest Service. One of my most meaningful projects involved supporting the reintroduction of wolves to Yellowstone—an experience that shaped my passion for balance and restoration.My career took a winding path: from nonprofit work in maternal and child health to designing jewelry and managing product development for motion picture optics. But in 2012, I made a life-changing decision to leave the corporate world and focus on my health.That journey led me to colon hydrotherapy—a single session shifted everything I believed about wellness. Six weeks later, I enrolled at the Academy of Colon Hydrotherapy and became a certified Colon Hydrotherapist. Since then, I’ve earned diplomas in Nutritional Therapy and Menopause Wellness and am now completing my training in Advanced Gut Restoration.Today, I work one-on-one with clients to help them feel better in their bodies, restore balance, and reclaim their health. It’s work I love—and feel deeply honored to do.
